What are Testing Credits?
All of the testing we conduct at Vape Aware is done with prepaid credits. These are purchasable in blocks of 1, 10, 50, 100 or 500 and are directly linked to your account. You can use them to order testing as needed. Depending on the testing service, one or two credits are redeemable for testing on a single e-liquid. Each e-liquid is tested separately, so for vapes with multiple flavours (i.e. 4-in-1 vapes) we will count these as separate samples.
Testing Credit Pricing and Redemption
We offer Testing Credits on a sliding scale, so ordering a larger number of credits at a time will mean a lower cost per test, helping you easily manage bringing new products onto the market.
We can accept payment for up to 10 Testing Credits by credit/debit card. For larger packs, we accept payment via bank transfer. Instructions for this will be provided with your order confirmation. Testing Credits will be available on your account for 1 year from date of purchase.
Once purchased, Testing Credits will be automatically allocated to your account. You can view your current balance on your account page.
Detailed pricing for each block of the testing credits is provided below.To redeem your testing credit for testing, simply visit the Testing page, choose the analysis you want and add it to your basket. From your basket, you can confirm your order and receive further instructions on how to proceed.

How long do the testing credits last on the account?
Testing Credits will be remain on your account for one year from the date of purchase. Any Credits that remain unused after this period will expire.
How soon will Testing Credits be reflected in my account?
Testing Credits will be applied to your account immediately when payment is made via debit or credit card. For payments made via bank transfer, testing credits will be added once the funds have been received and processed by our bank.
Can I receive a refund for unused testing credits?
No, unfortunately we cannot give refunds for credits that have expired or been unused.
Can I request a custom number of Testing Credits instead of the specified amount?
Credits are available only in the specified quantities listed above. If you require a custom quantity exceeding 500 Credits, please contact customer support here or at info@vape-aware.com.
Where can I view my Testing Credits?
Testing Credits will be displayed in your account section once you are logged in. To access this, please click the account button in the top-right corner of the website and go to Testing Credits.
Can I buy more Testing Credits?
There is no limit to the number of Testing Credits you can purchase, however, they must be used within 1 year.
What does the Vape Aware testing package cover?
Will my product be added to the Vape Aware database after testing?
