If you have a reason to believe that any of your products are unsafe, TRPR states that you must take appropriate corrective action, including modifying or withdrawing the product from the market. You are also required to collect information on any adverse health effects of your products, make sure the leaflets and labelling is correct and ensure that any notification of the product is accurate.
